Karen, I have been trying to research my line of DECKERS in Illinois and Arkansas. My GR. Grandfather was Clarence Burton Decker, b. circa 1850 in Illinois(by census records). He married my GR.Grandmother, Viola Victoria Lucas in 1874 in Madison County, Ark. Somewhat of a mystery surrounds him, as I found them in the 1880 Arkansas census, but his name was listed as Count B. Decker????? I have been researching 1850 Census for Illinois here at the National Archives in Atlanta, and will try 1860 next. He died, supposedly on the railroad in 1893. Have been looking for parentage, and found nothing yet. Have you come across this name in your line? Any info ar advise welcomed. Thanks, Kathy

It will bring up anything it locates with that surname in it---including if they only signed as a witness or anything.
