Seeking information on the ancestry, parents, siblings of SALINA ROXANNA DEAN. Would love to hear from anyone who has any information. The following is an outline of what I know of her life: She was born 6-1-1819, possibly GA or SC. She married JAMES CARTER 4-27-1836. Marriage record in Hardeman Co. TN. By 1840, James and Salina had moved to Tippah County, MS. In 1850, they were still in Tippah County. In about 1851, the moved to Webberville, Travis County, Texas. About 1868-70, they moved to Waco, McLennan County, Texas. In 1870, they were in Waco. In 1880, they were living west of Crawford, McLennan County, Texas. James died 7-15-1892, and is buried in Osage Cemetery, Coryell Co., TX. Salina died 3-10-1903, and is buried with James.
