I've noted the Thomas Dean/Betsy Achord marriage in Georgia before and have wondered if that is the same Thomas Dean who was not much later than that in Hardeman Co. TN, and then also possibly the same Thomas Dean who went to Tippah Co. MS about 1840 or so. Am quoting from memory on this, so dates not exact.
