If you have a map of Nova Scotia, heading north east from Halifax eventually along Highway 224 and the Musquodoboit River, you will find Middle Musquodoboit, Center Musquodoboit, and then Upper Musquodoboit (where Dean Settlement is found) all in Halifax County. If you continue you are then into Colchester County and Stewiacke and around the turn in the road you end up in Truro. The "DEAN PIONEER CEMETERY" is in Dean Settlement of Upper Musquodoboit along the DEAN BACK ROAD.
