Hi all, We are currently researching my Husband's family, and are looking for any details about the following. Herbert DEAN b. 1909, West Derby near Liverpool? m. 8th Aug. 1936 Ivy Lilian LOCK b. 1909, West Derby near Liverpool? Herbert's father is named William John DEAN on his marriage certificate. Having looked at the 1881 census we think that William John's parents may have been Joseph DEAN, b. 1836, Chorlton Cheshire and Mary b. 1836, Malpas Cheshire. Unfortunately Herbert, Ivy and 2 of their children Eric (my husband's father) and Brenda are deceased and we have lost contact with Ronald the only surviving member of the family, so we have very little details.
