Since the site only displays the first 100 names and then one has to know the exact first name in searching, run the alphabet - as the initial only. If there are more than 100 within any letter of the alphabet - run the alphabet with the second or third letter wherever the list ends on the first name. This method should bring everyone up without knowing any first names.   Hope this is clear. It worked for me.
