Can anyone out there tell me if they are able to look up marriages in NY about 1820-1821? I do not know the county (UGH). I am looking for the marriage of John Dean (b. 1781 in NY) and wife Mary Ann (last name unknown) b. Jul 6 1783 in England. Want desperately to know her last name!!! Also, son A(rchibald) C. Dean was born in NY Dec. 4, 1822. Are there any birth records indexed if you don't know a county?? This family ended up in OH by 1835 and then on the Jefferson County, IN. Any help is appreciated.
