Looking for information on Richard DEAN, b. 1 April, 1759, Dobbs County, (now Lenoir Co.) North Carolina. Richard DEAN was a Revolutionary War veteran and was at the Battle of Moore's Creek Bridge, NC, and is listed on a page from the Roster of the Patriots at Moore's Creek Bridge, along with two other DEAN soldiers, Philip DEAN and Robert DEAN, both from Dobbs County, NC, also. I think that all these DEAN boys were related someway, possibly brothers.
