M. ca 1840 to Eliz Fowler b. 4-7-1825; d. 7-9-1904 Cherokee Co, GA. I found (thanks to the freebee of Ancestor.com) in the 1838 Cherokee Land Lottery a draw for the orphans Wm, Mary and E.
