I have recently started to trace my Dean roots and was wondering if anyone could help. My Grandmother Janet Dean was born in1888 in the Kilwinning/Irvine area of Ayrshire. She was orphaned at a very early age and the only knowlege of any relation I have is that she had a cousin Elizabeth Dean born 2nd November 1885 she moved to Canada, married a Mr Welsh and died in Ontario on 16th December 1952.
