L. Stevens, J. E. Taylor, S. F. Ware and L. C. Ogden of Cape May; D. Miles Rigor, R. W. Ryan and Herbert Crane of Wildwood; W. C. Lofland and Walter Burton of Lewes; T. Woodward Trainer, of Chester, and F. D. Gallupe of Providence, R. I. At a directors meeting immediately after the stockholders meeting, the following were elected; W. L. Stevens, president; J. E.
