A reception will be given the sixty delegates expected. A building boom has struck Milford and contracts are out for a big brick block in town, a home for George B. Hynson and a big concrete canning factory. Work on the new water plant for Rehoboth is being pushed. Four wells are being drilled in a depth of 135 feet. The pumping station will be built of brick with a cement floor and asbestos roof. The work is expected to be finished by June 15. Roller skating has become such a nuisance on Lewes sidewalks that council has given permission for skating only between the hours of eight to nine in the morning and four to six in the afternoon.
