Why and how is this? If neither regiment now forming is full, why cannot the full companies from each form one regiment and be off for the seat of the war. We know the men are anxious to be there and we think there are enough already sworn in to make one regiment. Why not send them on? Let our State be represented in the next great battle. Milford has sent fifty of her citizens and they want to be in the field. Let them go under our brave LIEUTENENT YARDLEY. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ DE-Old-News ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ NewspaperAbstracts.com - Finding our ancestors in the news! TM http://www.NewspaperAbstracts.com
