E. Jackson of Salisbury, Md., president; Dr. Hugh Martin of Seaford, vice-president; and M. H. Morgan, cashier. Mr. Jackson is also the presisdent of the Salisbury National Bank. Mr Morgan was recently discharged as cashier of the First National Bank of Seaford and the new venture is due largely to his energy. The directors are E. E. Jackson, Hugh Martin, Thomas McCombe, Jerry Long, W. H. Stevens, E. C. Ross, and J. B. Morrow of Seaford, Dr. William Wolfe of Laurel, S. Harrington Messick and W. A. Corbin of Bridgeville, and John H. Stock of Federalsburg.
