Construction of the building will commence at once. The plans provide for an ornate two story building of colonial design, to be erected on the beach, north of the Henlopen Hotel. The site is considered to be a great one as it is immediately in front of a park of pine trees. The first floor will contain a reception room, dining room and a large assembly room. On the second floor, opening on a gallery, will be six bedrooms. The smoking room will be at the end of this gallery. The building is to be finished about June 1 and will cost about $10,000. Members of the building committee present at the meeting in Baltimore were James E. Hooper, Frederick P. Stieff, Thomas G. Roddell, John F.
