Several arrest were made last night and fines of $10 each were collected. Because Link Carmine of Rehoboth refuses to display his license tags on his automobile he has been arrested by License Collector W. M. Bowers. Carmine was compelled to pay a fine for not having a license but still refuses to display the tags.
