Wilson, chief clerk at the Norfolk Navy Yard. The ceremony was performed at the home of the brides parents, Mr. & Mrs H. L. Phillips on High Street, by Rev. R. K. Stevenson. The maid of honor was Miss Adele Fisbach of Baltimore. She wore pink organdy over pink silk and carried pink carnations. The ushers were Robert Penington of Wilmington, and D. Elmer Fisbach of Baltimomre. The best man was G. T. Southgate, paymaster of the gunboat Nashville. The bride wore a gown of white organdy over white taffeta and carried a cluster of Bride Roses. She was given away by Mr. John Fisbach, an intimate friend of the family from Baltimore.
