Work will begin next Monday. E. E. JACKSON of Salisbury, is president of the new institution. The Odd Felows will also begin the erection of a fine large hall here on Monday. Ex-Governor WILLIAM H. ROSS, formerly of Delaware, is lying at the point of death at his home in Philadelphia. He has been sick for over a year. He was elected Governor of Delaware in 1850, serving until January 1853.
