Kent County; JAMES SCHEE, Dover Sussex Coutty; PETER HALL. Lewes British subjects residing in the county of New Castle, oe arriving therein, are to make their reports and exhibit their passports at the marshals office in the borough of Wilmington. In case of disobedience to the directions contained in the preceding notice, it is the marshals duty to communicate the same to the Department of State, a duty which he will strictly perform without regard to persons.
