Governor Lea was clear in his praise of the camp this morning. "Although the weather has been against the men yet they have stood every trial well and have learned many new things about camp life. It has been the most succesful camp they have ever had" he said. T. Nicholson, of St. Louis, was solved yesterday. About two weeks ago, Mrs Nicholson went bathing and had left her rings and pins on a bureau top. Returning she found them gone. Detectives were called in and suspicion rested on several persons but without enough proof to warrent an arrest. Mr. Nicholson picked out an old coat hanging in a closet yesterday and putting his hane in a pocket, found the missing jewelry. Carmine was compelled to pay a fine for not having a license but still refuses to display the tags. Sirman Marvel of Laurel, a county editor, was elected president; Andrew Marvel, a Georgetown Lawyer, secretary and Senator L. A. Drexler, a retired business man of Bethany Beach was elected treasurer. Speeches about the roads were made by Senator Drexler, former Secretary of State; Dr. G. R. Layton and Ruby Vale, a prominent Philadelphia Lawyer who maintains a residence in Milford. Membership in the new organization is to comprise membership in the State Association and also in the American Association. The work starts at once to organize every motor car owner in Sussex County into the club. Construction of the building will commence at once. The plans provide for an ornate two story building of colonial design, to be erected on the beach, north of the Henlopen Hotel. The site is considered to be a great one as it is immediately in front of a park of pine trees. The first floor will contain a reception room, dining room and a large assembly room. On the second floor, opening on a gallery, will be six bedrooms. The smoking room will be at the end of this gallery. The building is to be finished about June 1 and will cost about $10,000. Members of the building committee present at the meeting in Baltimore were James E. Hooper, Frederick P. Stieff, Thomas G. Roddell, John F.
