It seems that SHERLOCK tried to get credit for a drink from DONNELLY, who refused, and was abused therefor by SHERLOCK, who went out threatening to bring a crowd and whip DONNELLY. Mrs. DONNELLY got SHERLOCK out and tried to keep the two men apart. On his attempting to re-enter she received a severe kick in the abdomen from SHERLOCK. This made her scream, and DONNELLY merged from his place armed with an iron bar, and accompanied by FITZGERALD, they chased SHERLOCK and his crowd to B Street where, on coming up, DONNELLY felled him to the ground by a blow on the head with the ironbar.
