KEISTER in and to the following described real property, to wit: Lots fifty nine (59) and sixty (60) of RICHARD KEISTER’S subdivision of lot sixteen (16) of WILTBERGER’S subdivision of square four hundred and forty two (442), as per plat recorded in book W.B.M., page 333, of the surveyor’s office of the District of Columbia, with improvements thereon, seized and levied upon as the interest of the defendant, JAMES H.
