B. Till, against Ida M. Till. The suit was entered January 26th, and averred that the parties were married by the Rev. Porter Snell, May 22, 1874, and lived together until November, 1875, when she left him. A cross bill was filed by Mrs. Till, March 28, explaining the alleged desertion on the grounds of her husband’s cruelty and neglect to provide.
