Attorneys A. A. BIRNEY and E. L. GIES , representing Robert H. PARTRIDGE, who was convicted by jury in Criminal Court No. 1 Wednesday on the charge of obtaining about $15,000 from the Rev. Eugene HANNAN through alleged false representations, filed a motion for a new trial yesterday.
