Thieves Enter Apartment of Doctor and a Barber Shop A thief entered the apartment of Dr. ?. ?. HEL?E? at 310 East Capitol street yesterday morning between 8 and 10 o'clock and stole about $200 worth of jewelry. The robber ascended the fire escape and climbed through a window. The police were notified, but have no clew. Paul BONAVAIR reported that somebody climbed through a transom at his barber shop at 43 Massachusetts avenue northwest some time Sunday night and stole $3 in cash and a razor strop.
