Ballanger yesterday filed her bill for a divorce from Hampton Ballanger. She charges that she was married to defendant in Georgetown on the 28th of May, 1866, and that she lived with him for 2 years after that date. The 25th of July, 1868, defendant deserted plaintiff, and has not since lived with her or contributed to her support.
