Kittson by her husband, William H. B. Kittson was filed yesterday. The declaration recites that the parties were married in this city August 9, 1870, defendant's maiden name being Helen A. Rudge, and the parties lived together until November 6, 1875 (1873?). At that time the lady deserted her husband, and is, as he is informed, residing in New Haven, Connecticut. Mr. Kittson wants to have some advantages himself, and Mr. John B. Lathrop, his attorney, is persuaded that on the above showing, he can obtain them. Yesterday in the Equity Court, a decree was granted in the case of Bergman vs. Bergman. The custody of the children was awarded to the father, he being plaintiff n the suit. Mr. John F.
