Also, part of Lot No. 77, on Water Street, on which is a three story brick Store and Dwelling House. The above sale will take place on the premises, and the purchaser or purchasers wall give bonds, with approved security, for the purchase money, payable in six equal semi-annual payments, with interest from the day of sale: provided that any purchaser, in lieu of giving bond may pay the money in hand; and on the full payment of the purchase money and the ratification of the sale by the Court, I will execute to each purchaser at his proper expe! nse, a valid conveyance of all the title to which the said George King died seized.
