AND MRS. JAMES W. ELLIS at their home on Q Street. The Misses Ellis were assisted in entertaining by Misses Dorman and Walter. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis were the recipients of numberless hearty congratulations, ad their parlors were crowded during the evening with friends. Music and refreshments were among the pleasures of the evening. The many presents of crystal, in artistic and useful forms, made a beautiful display. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Dingman, Dr. S. S Mabbott, Dr. and Mrs. Winter, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Baker, Mr. and Mrs. Morrison, Mr. and Mrs. Lathrop, Misses Keifer, Dempster, Tomlinson and Hodges, and Messrs. Swartzel, William Ellis, E. E.
