The parties were married in Oswego, N.Y., in May, 1870, and lived together in Washington till October 1876. He charged that from April to October of that year, she committed adultery. S. C. Mills and H. D. Beam appeared for the petitioner and J. J. Darlington took the testimony. In the case of Elizabeth Wenzle v.
