You could go to your local LDS Family History Centre and look in the General Register Office Index of marriages to find the parents' marriage round about her birth date with any luck. If you find William Davies and Bridget Sullivan in the same quarter with the same reference it will show where they married. Then you could order a marriage certificate for that quarter from the General Register Office at Southport or from the Local register office for the place they married. That would give their parents' names and you could try searching the Census returns from 1901 backwards for more family members. 1901 is online and LDS would help you find the other returns.
