Hi Florence, I think now that James Alfred Davidson has taken the DNA test it showed that he doesn't have a real fit yet--probably goes way back. He hasn't found the thread until he discovers who the mother & father were of Samuel S. Davidson. Have you had a chance to review what I sent you on James DAVIDSON & Nancy MARTIN Isbell Davidson? I thought it was kind of exciting to see which one she really was. I am now trying to sort out the Descendants of Johne Davidson that I found Tina Marie LOPER Harshbarger had on the Internet. There are only 20 pages including her endnotes. It looks like to me she descends from Alexander Davidson born in 1702; Alexander Davidson & Anna Bridges; Elijah Davidson; Elijah Jones Davidson & Anna Geneva Davidson; Ernest William, & Patricia Aileen Wright. She has nothing of significance in her information about James Davidson and nothing on Carter Tarent Davidson. I will just keep on searching.
