Surnames: Davidson, McCusick, McColl Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/FNR.2ACEB/3302 Message Board Post: William Davidson and Elizabeth (nee McCusick) had a son Robert Davidson born 1829, Tipperary, Ireland. He married Cecelia McColl a Scots lass from Perth whilst in the army in India in 1863. On returning from India they settled in Glasgow in 1869. Robert Died in 1873 and the girls' mother died in 1880. The girls were orphaned aged 18,16 and 14, two became servants and the youngest was put in a workhouse. I have no record of them after 1881. Does anyone have emmigration/immigration records on them? Can anyone find out history on William Davidson in Tipperary? I am at a brick wall as regards information. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Ian Davidson
