Edgar “Dave” Davidson 1925-2006.………………..OBIT Dave Davidson passed away Aug. 26, 2006. Born Jan. 14, 1925, in Prescott, Ariz., he moved to Portland in 1928. He went to Grant High School and joined the Marine Corps in Dec. 1942 where he served as a lineman and electrician in the Pacific campaign. He was discharged in Oct. 1945. Dave worked for Western Union as a maintainer, tech and supervisor in many Northwest cities, retiring in Portland in 1984. In 1978, he married Lorraine Lukesh. Survivors include his wife; son, Richard Roadman; daughter, Diana Richfield and husband, Brad; daughter, Kimberly Viera and husband, Christian; stepson, Craig Lukesh and wife, Elizabeth; stepdaughter, Linda and husband, Art; sister, Dorothy Voge; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery. Remembrances to Northwest Medical Teams or your favorite charity.
