I have no reason to feel the following Davidson men are connected to me, but in researching Robert Davidson from Georgia, I found two articles that may be of interest to others. ***The Atlanta Constitution 21 January, 1900 Telegraph Brevities The tug Hero was run into and sunk by a barge yesterday morning at Mobile, Ala., and the engineer, Robert Davidson, was drowned. ***The Atlanta Constitution 28 December, 1913 Davidson - Reid Mr. and Mrs. John Robert Davidson, of Monticello, announce the marriage of their daughter, Susie Ruth, to Mr. Russell Thomas Reid, of Crawfordville, Ga., on December 21. If you run up on a Kendrick Davidson let me know this is my husband gggrandfather and his wife is Mary Ann Watson Davidson but she married a Hirman Wood after the birth of William C. Davidson there son then Kendrick disappeared and I have not been able to find him.He is a brick wall for me.
