    3. I belong to the Davidson line of Lincoln Co., KY. I go through George's son Samuel. I don't see a marriage of John to anyone in Lincoln Co., KY. Though William does marry a Dorothy Atkinson in 1825. The name Susanna Jackson does sound familiar. I need to dig further into my stuff to see if I have anything on her. Kathy

    3. Kathy John Davison married Susanna Jackson on January 22 1784 in Lincoln Co. Ky. ( I have a copy of this marriage, and it is also on Ky. Marriage site.) He may not have stayed in Lincoln Co...we think he came on over to Washington Co.Ky and raised his family there...Need much more proof on this gentleman,if you can find it.     3. My line is William Davi(d)son from England- not sure where yet. He married Martha Allen. They both died in 1876 Oct in Pennsylvania. (Coincidence??) There son William Jr b 1831 in Nickleville Pa married Hester (Hattie) Shaner. He died in 1893 and she in 1909. They (Wm Sr.) also had John (b 1838 Richland Pa d. 1894 Richland PA) Davison m 1st Gertrude Corbett (b 1838 Michigan) Their eldest son Horace is my great -grand father. He marred 2nd Lucy Porterfield (b abt 1840 and d 1892). Looking for any information on Wm from England.
