Original Record Located: County Clerk's O Book: 13 OS Page: 578 I know the year is off by 4 yrs. from what the 1900 and 1910 census records show, but I wonder if the index transcriber wrote the year down incorrectly. 1892 instead of 1896?? I would look further into this as a possibility since William and "Etta" did live in Cass County in 1900 and the names certainly look like a close match.
