Unfortunately, your mother's "Davidson blood" is irrelvant and of no value in this test.....this is just the way the "Y chromosome science works." The test is just a simple "inside the cheeks scraping" that takes only minutes, but it is certainly a personal choice on the part of your uncle not to participate.
