I seem to recall an item that led me to believe he was from South Carolina. I'm not sure what I did with that and will have to look through my files to see if I still have it. I could find no evidence of any inter-relationships with my Davidsons. There was an Ephraim Brevard Davidson also in Dickson for a period of time and I thought he and George might be connected.
