Just click on the appropriate ""Join"" tab/link on the above website, and that will take you over to the ""order screen"" on the FTDNA website (just follow the directions therein). I highly recommend the 37 marker test, since doing fewer markers can potentially lead to ""false positives."" The test involves ""gently scraping"" the inside of each cheek (using the little tool provided by FTDNA) and then sending the samples to FTDNA is a couple of little vials that they will also supply. In 5-8 weeks, you should get some results. Once your samples are back at FTDNA, will add your kit number to the above-referenced website in the ""pending"" section under Group Results. If you are a match or close match to another ""numbered family,"" we will moved your kit number into that family in Family Results section. You will also be given instructions on how to add your direct line lineage/pedigree to the referenced website. By the way, I am not sure if Dave ordered his kit or not. Comments/questions?
