I think that is a great idea. I do believe there might be a way for us to set up our group as "private" but I don't know how. I only just joined Facebook last week. I will check with my kids and see how to do it. Diana (PS) Are you in Hawaii right now? I wish I was--we have had LOTS of cold and snow in Kansas--way more than usual. --- On Wed, 1/6/10, Laroice Davidson <davidsonl001@hawaii.rr.com> wrote: From: Laroice Davidson <davidsonl001@hawaii.rr.com> Subject: Re: [DAVIDSON] Davidson Family 4 Let's all meet as friends on Facebook To: davidson@rootsweb.com Date: Wednesday, January 6, 2010, 3:43 PM Hi Everyone and Happy New Year to All, I am Laroice Davidson, Family 4, Kit #88694. I was thinking it would be nice if all the members of Family 4 could get to know each other better and then I thought of Facebook. Would that not be a great place for us all to meet as friends and share pictures, stories and advances in our research? I don't mean it as a place or way isolate us from others on the Davidson list, of course that would be dumb, but rather just another way for us to get to know each other. Facebook is really easy to get on. I would like to hear from any of you that are interested. Also was wondering if anyone on Facebook knows of a way to create a separate account just for our group. I'm sure there are some folks already on Facebook sharing with other family and friends. Anyway if you are related in anyway to Davidson family 4 or just interested in working with family 4 and staying touch please post your reply here. If anyone has or knows of another forum where we could kind of form a Family 4 group please speak out. Thanks, Laroice Davidson, Honolulu ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to DAVIDSON-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message

I even found one or two in TX!Ha > Date: Wed, 6 Jan 2010 15:06:59 -0800 > From: dldkansas@yahoo.com > To: davidson@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [DAVIDSON] Davidson Family 4 Let's all meet as friends on Facebook > > I think that is a great idea.
