Royce for three years I have been collecting and posting to this Davidson web page. It is primarily research information on Davidson - Davison. Although it may not be as sophisticated as the Culpepper site it is very helpful for those just starting their research. If you have something to add to this Davidson - Davison web page, please forward to me. I need all the help I can get!!! http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~genea/davidson.html Mary B. Hi Davidson Researchers, I descend from James W Davidson who was born about 1824 in Scott County, Virginia He married Narcissa H Byrd on 5 Aug 1849 in Hawkins County, Tennessee. I would like to correspond with anyone who have knowledge of this family. When researching the 1880 US census in Scott County Virginia I extracted all of the Davidson listed in this county. This information can be found on my web page at http://freepages.games.rootsweb.com/~redfield/va-1880-scott.html

I have been using and contributing to our Davidson line for a long time and the people who take care of it and keep adding to it and all who have helped have done a great job. I am proud to be a small part of it and I use it all the time. I hate to see people put it down as not being good. It is not only good but I think it is great. I have great admiration for those who do so much for all of us. THANKS From the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maxine _____________________________ Maxine Reggio 7205 NW 46th.
