What was your Ann Davison's maiden name? Pat

Pat, Ann's maiden name is not known for certain. However, a grandson of my ggg-grandfather, Brackett Davison, and his 1st cousin, recorded some genealogy of our line. They claimed she was Ann Sons. I am not certain of their source, but do know that they had access to an old Davison family Bible that belonged to Brackett. In early VA, I have found Sons spelled as Soons, Soans, Soanes, etc. Also, I do not know where or when they were married. However, as work in progress, it appears most likely they married about 1723 or 1724. This is based on their buying land in Orange Co, VA 1725 (Spotsylvania County at that time) and based on an estimate of their first son's age.
