Chuck, About a year ago I ordered a film from the LDS Church on the Wash. Co. Rangeres. I could not find any Davidsons in the 1781-1783 lists. I did find a William Davidson in the 1792 list. Washington Co. Militia in the state of Pennsylvania under the command of Capt. Adam Poe in actual service on the Frontier .....28th day of Aug. 1792. William Davidson Ensign Payed $20 Could not find any other Davidsons on the list. Try the PA. Archives if you are near a good library.
