I am interested in your posting. It would seem tha William Henry Davidson was born in Giles County, Tennessee. My great-great granddad, Andrew Jackson Davidson was born around 1825 in Alabama, somewhere and was in Giles County Tennesse in 1860-1870, and possibly earlier. The fact that your family was there indicates to me that there could possibly be a connection. Do you have an Andrew J. Davidson in your tree somewhere? I know nothing for certain about his family, but I think he had at least 2 siblings. One was Francis Marion Davidson and another was a sister. Please keep in touch. Thank you.
