I have no information on your Elizabeth McCracken of Mecklenburg Co., NC. I do have a question for you though. Did these McCracken have children that moved to MO and/or later to OK? Elizabeth McCracken was my first grade teacher in Claremore, Rogers Co., OK in 1939. My mother said she was her cousin. I know my mother was the gr,gr,gr, grand daughter of Purity Davidson b. 1800 in NC and Dean Rogers b. 1786 in NH. Is there a possible connection?

There is (or was .. not sure if still living) a Mildred McCracken in OK who taught school in the 1930s to 1960. Family was from MO. Last known location in early 1970s was Chickasha, OK.
