I, for one, would love to see you post some of this information for the list. I have wondered more than once, if I could have two Davidson lines in my family. After the revolution, my Scottish Davidson ggggrandfather went to Georgia and had lots of kids. In the same area of Troup, Harris, and Jasper County -- there are two other Davidson families. I know one of them, also, had lots of kids. I have no proof that these three Davidson groups are related. However, in some cases they lived next to each other. Surely -- there must be some connection. Sorry to sound a little discouraged -- but guess we all get that way once in a while with this "fun" hobby/addiciton.
