Hi, Susan - Sorry to be late in answering but we have had a very busy two weeks with out-of-town company. I really know nothing more about James Davidson -- I have his birthdate as 1764/1768 (pretty indefinite) and his date of death Aug. 22, 1824 in Obion Co., TN. His children were Nancy (my gr gr grandmother who m John D. Murray), Alexander, Reuben, Elizabeth (m. James Tatum), Margaret (m Richard Tubb), Richard and Susan.
