Louita and all:::::::::Sorry, I do not have any info on THE Arthur Davidson. Sometimes I don't know where I am or where I have been. Maybe in IN, PA, or NY. But, I don't feel old enough to be your Arthur. Just a little kidding, while the rain storm continues here in Ohio. I just made a phone call to WV, near Bluefield, and it's raining below the Mason-Dixon line, too. My family line is through James Davidson and Margaret French of VA. They came into the Mercer County,WV area about 1870. Plenty of tracks since them. But, no trace, so far, of James, born about 1835, extrapolated from their 1858 marriage record in Tazewell County, VA. My only data is that his mother's name is Nancy Davidson, per the 1858 MR. Arthur Davidson, 1931 Montcalm, Mercer, WV. Visiting in Columbus, OH, since 1949.
