Wonderful story, thanks for sharing. Do you know if there is a list of the John Davison's siblings anywhere? This group does not fit my Davidson(Davison) who was born 1812 in Greene Co.,OH but his father may have been a brother to John. Just checking any lead I can find since I am have trouble finding my Richard Davidson in Greene Co. OH. He traveled into IN with his parents, whomever they were, and married Evaline Applegate in Delaware Co.,IN in 1836. So far no one seems to be searching this line.
